THE WHY
Born from real pressure.
This didn’t start as just an idea. It came from real experience.
I’ve been working at Cal’s Plumbing since I was 19, where my father is the third-generation owner. When I stepped into a leadership role, I didn’t have a roadmap. I only knew what not to do.
That pushed me to start learning. First management, then leadership, then personal growth. But even with that, something was missing. That changed when I attended a call center management class in April 2025. The biggest takeaway wasn’t just the content. It was the people.
Being in a room with others facing the same challenges, sharing ideas, and learning from those who had already solved those problems. That experience made one thing clear. There needed to be a place like that all the time.
